Republic Bank Visa TravelMoney is a pre-paid card that's reloadable and ready to use at home and abroad. Your Republic Bank Visa TravelMoney Card works like a credit card but without the fees and credit checks. Plus, you can load the exact amount you want to spend anytime.
FAQs
Existing Republic Bank customers will be required to provide one (1) form of current, valid identification.
Non Republic Bank Account holders will be required to produce two (2) pieces of current, valid identification, bearing a photograph and signature and proof of address e.g. utility bill, in their name.
The Republic Bank Visa TravelMoney® Card is a pre-paid card. This means that once you purchase it, you can simply load money to your card and access your funds.*
It is reloadable. This means that you can load funds to your card at any time. Funds can be loaded at any of our branches or via RepublicOnline or RepublicMobile.
Payments for Republic Bank Visa TravelMoney® Cards can be made via withdrawals from a Republic Bank account or via cash payments.
The maximum number of Republic bank Visa TravelMoney® Cards that any one person can have active at any given time is five (5).
You can use your Republic Bank Visa TravelMoney® in many different ways - for business travel, shopping online, or to send money to family or friends abroad; you can even use it right here in Trinidad and Tobago.
